PC72-321 ~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 2459 BE ~ GRANTED IN PART WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receiva u verified Petition for Vaziance from EMIL E. BLANKMEYER, 403 East Broadway, Anaheim, California 92805, Owner of certain real property situated in the-City of Anaheim, CounCy af Orange, State af California, described as Lots No. 1 and 2 of Smith and Dean~s Re-subdivision; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Maheim on December 11, 1972, at 2:00 o'clock p.m., notice of;said public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the'provisions of the Anaheim Mu~dcipal Code,~Chapter 18.68, to heaz and codsider evidence for and against said proposed variance and to investigate and make findinqs and recommendations in connection therewith; and WHEREAS, said Commission, aiter due i~.~spection, investigation, and study made by itself and in ets behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said'nearing, does find~and determine the following facts: 1. ThaC the petiCioner withdrew Waiver 1-b, above mentioned, and stipulated to,pXo,- ~`` ~iding only one 3 square-foot sign attached to the fence along the Olive Street side of sula,ject property. . 3. That the petitioner stipulated that• he would be the only person involved in the use and that no employees would be required. 4. That there are exceptfonal or extraordinary circumstances or conditions applicable to the property invalved or ta the intended use of the property that do not apply generally to tUe property or class of use in the same vicin•Lty and zone. 5. That che requested variance is neces~ary for the presetvation and enjoyment of a~ .substantial property right possessed by other property in the same vicinity and zone, and denied to the properCy in question. 6.
