A RESOLUTION OF THE CTTY PLANNZNG COMMZSSION OP THE CITY OP
ANAHEIM IN REGARD TO ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT N0. 66
WHEREAS, the California Public Resources Code requires that *.he
City of Anaheim prepare an Environmental Impact Statement identifying
and analyzing in detail the significant environmental effects of
projects proposed to be constructed in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Flanning Commission of the City of Anaheim,
in connection with a petition for Conditional Use Permit No. 1356 has
received Environmental Impact Report No. 66 from the staff of the City
of Anaheim containing details for consideration of environmental impacts
as contained in Section 21100 of the Public Resources Code; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due investigation and study made
by itself and in its behalf, has reviewed the subject Environmental
Impact Report and analyzed in detail the significant environmental
effects of the proposal contained therein and does find and determine
the following:
1. That the report is deficient in the fact that no mitigating
measures were proposed to alleviate the increased traf£ic and
noise factors.
2. That the report did not present alternative uses that could
be made with subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission
of the City of Anaheim does hereby accept Environmentsl Impact Report
No. 66 and recommends that said report be adopted as the Envzronmental
Impact Statement of the City Council of the City of Anaheim only afte,:'
an addendum has been submitted setting forth mitigating measures ai:_
alternatives as expressed above.

of Anaheim, do hereby certify that the foregoi.ng resolution was passed
and adopted at a meeting of the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim held on December 11, 1972, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., by the following
vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COMMtSSIONERS: Allred, Farano, Gauer, Herbst, Kaywood, Seymour.
NOES: COMMISSIONERS: None.
ABSENT: COMMISSIONERS: None.
ABSTAIN: CCIMMISS70NERS: Rowland.
