A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OP
ANAHEIM IN REGARD TO ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT NO. 71
WHEREAS, the California Public Resources Code requires that the
City of Anaheim prepare an Environmental Impact Statement iden*_ifying
and analyzing ia detail the significant environmental effects of
projects proposed to be constructeii in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of thc City of Anaheim,
in connection with a petition for Conditional Use Pesm~t No. 1356 has
received Environmental Impact Report No. 71 from the staff of the City
of Anaheim containinq details for consideration of environmental impacts
as contained in Section 21100 of the Public Resources Code; ar_d
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due investigation and study.made
by itself and in its behalf, has reviewed the subject Environmental
Impact Report and analyzed in detail the significant environmental
effects of the proposal contained therein and does find and determine
the following:
1. That due to the nature of the request made under Conditional
Use Permit No. 1358, impact upon the environment would not be significant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission
of the City of Anaheim does hereby receive Environmental Ir~pact Report
No. 71, and recommends to the City Council that due to the ansignificant
impact of the request upon the environment, there is no need to make an
Environmental Impact Statement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 21st
day of December, 197?.. •
