A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMbSISSION OF THE CITY OP
ANAHEIM IN REGARD TO ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT NO. 73
WHEREAS, the California Public Resources Code requires that the
City of Anaheim prepare an Environmental Impact Statement identifyiny
and analyzing in detail the siqnificant environmental effects of
pro;ects proposed to be constructed in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim,
in connection with a petition for,Variance No. 2451 has received
Environmental Impact Report No. 73 from the staff of the City of
Anaheim containing details for consideration of environmental impacts
as contained in Section 21100 of the Public Resources Code; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due investigation and study made
by itself and in its behalf. has reviewed the subject Environmental
Impact Report and analyzed in detail the significant environme:.tal
effects of the proposal contained therein and does find and determine
the following:
1. That the Environmental Impact Report Review Committee determined
that there would be no significant a3verse or beneficial impact
resulting from the implementation of the proposed project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the C;ty Planning Commission
of the City of Anaheim does hereby accept Environmental Im~,act P.eport
No. 73, and recommends that said report be adopted as tne Enviranmental
Impact Statement of the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 4th day
of January, 1973.
