E, That two persona appeared in oppoeition and that one letter wae received in opgaeition, EPTVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FINDING: That the Planning Co~ission finde and determinea that the propoeal wou2d heve no aignificant environmental impact and, therefore, recommende to the City Council that Exemption Declaration Statua be granted. -1- . • ~ ~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT P.ESOLVED thet the Aneheim Clty Plenning Commission does hereby grant subject Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions mhich ere heceby found to be a necessary pcerequisite to the pm- posed use of the subject property in ordec to pcesecve the sefety and general welfere of the CitYzens of the City of Anaheim: ' (1) That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15 cents per front foot along Harbor Boulevard for Cree plantins purposes. (2) That the owner(s) of eubject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2,00 per front foot along Harbor Boulevard and Victor Avenue for street lighting purposes. (3) That the existing structure shall be brought up to the minimum standards of the City of Anaheim, including the Uniform Buiiding, Plumbing, Electrical, Housing, Mechanical and Fire Codes as adopted by the City of Anaheim. (4) That all signs shall conform with the provisions of the Anaheim Sign Ordinance, and all existing non-conforming and/or i3legal,signa shall be remuved from the site. (5) That Condition Nos, 1, 2, 3 and 4, above mentioned, shall be complied with within 45 days from the date of'thia resolution. (6) That there shall be no kennels, dog runs, or boarding of dogs on the premises; and that the hours of operation shall be from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. as stipulated to by the petitioner.
