' . . . . . . ~ ' . . ~ ,. ~ . . . . , . ~..~~i NOW, THEREFORE, BE I~ ESOLVED thet the Aneheim City Plean~ Cemmissioa doea heceby tecommmd to the City Council of the City of Aneheim that aubJect Petltian for Reclaeai$cetion be approved end, by so doing, thut Title 18-Zoniag of the Aneheim Municipal Code be emended to e:clude the above descdbed pmperty fmm the R-A, AGRICULTURAL, ZONE and to incorporate said described property into the M-1, LIGflT INDUSTRIAL, 20NE upon the following conditions mhich are hereby found to be a neceasary prerequisite to the proposed use of sub3ect property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim: (1) That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of Public Works. (2) That subject property shall be served by underground utilities. (3) Thet the final parking plan shall be approved by the Development Services Depart- ment and any landscaped areas in the parking area shall be protected with 6-inch high can- crete curbs, and conerete wheel stops shall be provided for parking spaces as required by the Development Services Department. (4) That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of in a menner that is sat- isfactory to the City Engineer.
