RESOLUTION NO. PC72-336
A RESOLUTION OF THE CZTY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM IN REGARD TO ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT N0. 69
WHEREAS, the California Public Resources Code requires that the
City of Anaheim prepare an Environmental Impact Statement identifying
and anal7zing in detail the significant environmental effects of
projects proposed to be constructed in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anahein, I
in connection with a petition for Conditional Use Permit *IO. 1361 has
received Environmental Impact Report No. 69 from the staff of the City of
Anaheim containing details for consideration of environmental impacts
as contained in Section 21100 of the Public Resources Code; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due investigation and study made
by itself and in its behalf, has reviewed the subject Environmental
Impact Report and analyzed in detail the significant environmental
effects of the proposal contained therein and does find and determine
the followinc~: '
1. That although the Environmental Impact Report Review Committee
determined in Finding 3-b of their report that there would be
noise generated, the Planninq Commission determined that there
would be no additional noises generated since the petitioner
stipulated there would be no ixtercom system amplified out-of-
doors, and that walis and trees were required as a condition
of approval to offset any possible noise emanating frnm the
service bays.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that thf City Planning Cemmission
of the City of Anaheim does hereby accept Environmental Impact Report
No. 69, and recommends that said report be adopted as the Environmental
Impact Statement , except as set forth above, of the City Couttcil of the Cit
City ofAnaheim.
