A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMI5SION OF ThE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 2310 BE DENIED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission oE the City of Maheim did ceceive a verified PetiUun foc Verience from
RINKER DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, Post Office Box 2218, Anaheim, California 92804, Owner of
certain real property sit~~ated in the City of Anahei~~, County of Orange, State of California,
as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in
full; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commisaion did hold a public headng et the City liall in the Ctty of Anehelm on
February 23, 1972,, et 2:00 o'clock P.M., noUce of said p~bllc heacing having been duly given es requiced by
lew end in accordonce with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipel Code, Ghepter 18.68, to hear and conslder evidence for
