BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did recaive a vecified Pztition for Conditional vse Permitfrom TONY JULIAN, 2780 West Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, Califor.nia 92801, Owner of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as The West 100 feet of the East 424 feet of the North 288 feet of the NW~ of the NW'~ of the NE'~ of Section 13, Townahip 4 South, Rar.ge 11 West in Rancho Los Coyotes, as per map recorded in book 51, page 11 of M.iscelianeous Maps, records of Orange County, California. F.3CCEPT an undivided 15/16 interest in.the East 10 feet of the Sour_h 20 feet thereof. ALSO EXCEPT the North 66.00 feet L•hereof, as granted to the State of California for highway purpoaea by deed recorded July 11, 1959 in Book 39ti9, page 167 of Official records of Orange County ; and WHER~AS, !he City Planning Commission did hold a public heacing et the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on Febru&ry 23, 1972, at 2:OQ o'clock P.M., notice of said public heacing ha~•±ng been duly given es required by law and in acrnrdance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence for and aga;r.st said pruposed conditional use snd to inv~stigate end meke findings and recommendations in cannection thzrewith; end WHEREAS, seid Commissien, aEter due inspection, investigation, end study mede by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideretion of all evidence end reports offeced et seid hearing, does find and determine the following fects: 1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by Code~ to wit: Section 18.40,060(g) to permit L-he serving of beer in the propoaed diaing room in conjunction with food service, with waiver of: SECTION 18.40.070('1-a-3) - Front setback landscapin~. (3 feet zequired; 0 feet proposed) 2. That the pcaposed use will not edversely aEEect. the adjoining land uses and the growth and development uf the area in which itis proposed to be located. 3. Cl-G ' 1' ~ ~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Aneheim City Planning Commission does heceby grant subject Petition for Conditionel Use Permit~ upcn the following conditions which ere hereby Eound to be e necessery prerequisite to the pcoposed use of the subject property in oeder to presetve the safety end general welEare of the Citlzens of the Clty oE Anaheim: (1) That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file with the office of tY~e Director of Public Works. (2) That any and all si.gning on subject property shall confor.;~ to the Anaheim Sign Ordinance. (3) That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of 2.naheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3. (4) That Condition Nos. 1, 2, and 3, above mentioaed, shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections.
