PC72-37 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 2331 gE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Varience from MENASHA CONTAIr]ER CORPORATION OF CALIFORNIA, Attention of Norm E. Koski, 601 East Ball Road, Anaheim, California 92803, Owner of certain real property situated in the Cfty of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as Lot 24 of Anaheim Extension, as per Map of Survey made by William Hamel and filed in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, a copy of which is recorded in Book 3, Pages 163 et seq. entitled "Los Angeles County Maps," records of said Orange County, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of said Lot, baing on the Easterly line of Olive Street 49.50 feet wide, as shown on said Map; thence South 15° 26' S9" East 1034.86 feet to the Southwesterly corner of said Lot, being on the Northerly line of Ball Road 60 feet wide; thence North 89° 56' S6" East 1164.82 feet to the Southeasterly corner of said Lot, being on the West~rly line of Orange Street 49.50 feet wide; thence North 15° 24' 36" West 1347.96 feet to the Northeasterly corner of said Lot; thence South 74° 21' 23" West 1123.95 feet to the point of beginning ; end WHEREAS, the City Plenning Cortimission did hold a public hearing et the City Hell in the City oE Aneheim on February 23, 1972, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing heving been du4y given es cequiced by lew and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.68,to hearand consider evidence for and against said proposed verience end to investigete end meke flndings and recommendations in connec- tion therewith; and WHEREAS, seid Commissinn, efter due inspection, investigetion, end study made by iiself and in its behalf, and aEter due considerstlon of all evid4nce and reports ofEered at said hearing, does Eind and dete~mine the Eollowing facts: 1. Thet the petitioner requests a variance from the Aneheim Municipel Coda: SECTTON 18.62.090(b-2) - Minimum height of a f_ree-standing si~n. (8 feet required; 1 foot propoaed) 2.
