A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IQO. 1293 gE GRANTED IN PART
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive e verified Petition for Conditional
Use Permitfrom DONN C. GILMORE and TARIQ M. SHAMMA, 2229 East Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, Cali-
fornis 92806, Owners of certain real progarty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of Cslifornia, deacribed as Lot No. S and Westerly 6.57 feet of Lot 4 of Tract
No. 1843
; and
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commiscion did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City oE Aneheim on
March 6, 1972, at 2:00 a'clock P.M., notice oE said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in acrnrdence with the provisions oE the Anaheim Municipel code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and agnir.st said proposed conditioual use end to investigete and make findings end recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, atter due inspection, investigation, end study mede by itself end in its behalf, end
after due consideration of ell evidence and reports oEfered at seid hearing, does flnd and detertnine the following tacts:
1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel Use Permit is authorized by Code Section

dedicated to the City of Anaheim. (The applicant is
proposing a circular drive from Lincoln Avenue.)
2. That Waiver 1-a, above mentioned, ie hereby denied on the basis that any additiona'
~lriveways to Lincoln Avenue, and particularly the proposed circular drive with two accesaways
within s lot Frontage of 57 feet, would create aerious traffic conflicte in a heavily travel-
ed artcriel hi~hway.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anehelm City Plenning Commission does herchy grant/subject
petlflon for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditIons whieh are heceby found to be e neeessery prerequislte
to the proposed use o[ the subject property in ocder to preserve the sefety end general aeltare ofthe Citizens atthe
City of Aneheim:
(1) That this conditional use permit is granted subject to the completion of Reclassi-
fication Na. 71-72-32.
(2) That subject property shall b~ developed aubstantially in accordance with plans
and speci.fications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit No. 1 provided, however,
that the circular driveway to Lincoln AvEnue shell be deleted.
