A FESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING CCMMISSION AMENDING a CONDITION
OF RESOLUTION N0. PC72-29 GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 1287
kHEREAS, :he Anaheim City Planning Commission on February 7, 1972, granted
Conditional Uae Permit No, 1287 in Resolution No. PC72-29 sub~r.ct to conditions; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner had stipulaY.ed to hours of operation to be 9:00 a.m, to
8:00 P.M., therefore the Planning Commiesion had ma3e this a condition of approval; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has sab:niCted a request to amend these hours for the three
busiesC days of Che week; namely, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday to permit him to remain
o~en until 11:00 P.M.; and
WHEREAS, since the proposed uae is Co be established in a cownercial center, there
appears to be no deleterious effect on the adjoining properties, since on-eale beer and
wine, in conjunc*.3on with serving of food in a restaurant, was proposed.
rOW, THEREF~RE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Planning Commiaeion does hereby
amend Condition Nn. 2 of Resolution No, FC72-29 granting Conditiona~ Use Permit No. 1287,
to read as follows:
"2, That the hours of operation shall be limited to 9:00 a,m, to 5:00 p.m. Sunday,
Monday, Tueaday ar.3 Wedneaday; and 9:00 a.m, to 11:00 p.m. Thursday, Friday,
and Saturday, as Rtipulated to by the petitioner."
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is aigned and approved by me this 16th day of March, 1972.
