A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAFiEIM CITY PLANNING COIAfISSIDN AMEDIDING.~ CONDITT_ON OF
RESCLUTTON N0. PC71-24'S'GRAIITING CONDITIONAL'USE PERMIT N0. 1281'THERBTO
WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commiasion on December 29, 1971, granCed
Conditionai Use Permit No. 1281, subject to conditions; and
WHEREAS, Condition No, 12 requi~ed landscapin~ to be provided in accordance with
the C-1, (SC) GENERAL COMMERCIAL (SCEIv"IC CORRIDOR OVERLaY) ZONE; and
WHEREAS, said landacaping requirement is usually made where coffinercial uses abut
reaidential uaeo not indnstrial or potential industrial land uses as would occur to the
south and west of subject property; and
WHEItEAS, development plans submitted indicate that the property will be elevated
approximately five feet from the existing level, therefore, Cheae slopes ahould also be
landscaped,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commiseion does hereby
amend Condition No. 12 of Resolution No. PC71-245 grenting Conditional Uae Permit Ne. 1281,
to read as followa:
"(12) That aubject property ahall be developed subatantially in accordance with
plana a~d.epeciEiCetionA on.file.with the:Cityof Anrheim marked Exhibit
Nos, 1, 2, 3, 4(revised), 5, 6, 7 and 8 provided, however, that all land-
scaping standards of the C-1 (SC) Zone ehall be complied with subject to
the following exception: that the landscape sCrip along the eouth and
weat property lines may be reduced to a minimum of five feet provided that
if any slopea are proposed along these property lines, the entire slope
area shall be landacaped,"
