A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OP THE CITY O1- ANAHEIM I
AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. PC71-245, THERETO
WHCREAS, fiesolution No. PC71-245 granted Conditional Use Permit No. 1281, in part; and
WHERBAS, through inadvertence and Title Company error, the legal description of the
property was improperly stated; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim declares its intenCion to
correct such Title Company error nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim that
Resolution No. PC71-245 be, and the seme is hereby, amended nunc pro tunc to corr~ctly state
the legal description of property contained in Conditional Use Permit 1281 to read:

That porL•ion of the third class land allotted to R. Rivas, in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, ae described in the final decree of partition of the Rancho
Canon de Santa Ana, a certified copy of whicli was recorded Pebruary 8, 1874 in Book 28 Page
158 of Deeds, in t~e office of t[~e County Recorder of Los Angeles County, Caltfornia, to-
gether with that portion of Imperial Highway as abandoned by the Board of Supervisora, Reso-
lution Number 63-1128, a copy of which was filed August 13, 1963, in Book 6673 Page 350 of
Official Records, together with that portion of Placentia Yorba Road, as abandoned by the
State iiighway Commission of the State of California, April 14, 1955 in Book 3031 Page 106 of.
