A RESOLL'TION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE C[TY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. z344 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive e verified Petition fur Veriance
from STELLA M. HRANDT, 914 West Lincoln Avettue, Anaheim, California 92805,
Owner; M. G. KANNARD, 811 West Sycamore Street, Anaheim, California 92805,
Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, CoLnty of

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public heecing et the City Hell in the City of Aneheim
on Apri 1 3, 1972 , at 2:00 o'c:ock P.M., natice of seid public hearing having been duiy given es required
by lew and in eccordance with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.68,to hearand consider

1, Thet the petitioner reauests a veriance from the Anahelm Municipal Code ee followa:
SECTION 18.44.010 ~ Permitted Uses. (Radiator repair and service shop not permitted;
automobile radiator repair and service shop proposed)
2. That other aimilar uses havr. been establiehed in the immediaCe area and in the same
zone.
3, That there are exc-ptionel or extraardinery circumstences or conditions e.ppliceble to the property lnvolved

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Planning Commtssion doea hereby grant subject
Petition for Veriance, upon the Eollowing conditions which are heceby foand to be e necessery prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject prapedy in order to p:esenre the sefety end generel welfere of the Citizens oE the City of
Aneheim:
~1) That the sidewalks.sha.l.l be installad along Anaheim Bo~levard as required by the
City EnQ ineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the office
of the ~%ity Engineer.
(2) That subject roperty shall be deve:oped substantially in accordance with the ~ity
Cou~cil Metal Building ~olicy.
(3) That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on
file with the office of tne Director of Public works.
(4) That subject Property shall be developed substantially in conformance with plans
and specifications on file with the ~ity•of Anaheim mar'ked Exhibit Nos. 1~ 2~ 3~ ~F~ 5~ 6
and ~.
(~ That Condition Nos. 1~ 2~ ~ and 4~ above mentioned~ shall be complied with prior
to final building and zoning inspect~ons.
