WHEREAS, the Anaheim Planning Coimnissi~~: on December 23, 146~, in P.esolution No. 996,
Series 1963-1964, granted Variance tlo. 1612 to Fstablish a cabinet shop in conjunction
with an existino lumber yard; and
WH~P.EAS, Che Anaheim Planning Co~nmission, on January 24, 1972, in Resolution No. PC72-7
granted Variance 1~~. 2321 to establish a commerc?al printing eatablishment on the same pro-
perty covered by Variance No. 1612; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner sta~ed he would not be ope~ating the cabi.net shop when ~he
conunercial printing establishment was approved.
IIOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby
terminate all proceed9.r.gs of Variance !40. 1612, on the basis that the petitioner no Longer
plans to exercise the use permitted, and based on the f.oregoing findings.
