SECTION 18.62.090(B-5) - tdinimum itistance of free-standing siqn from abutting property line. (120 feet required; 0 feet proposed) d. SECTION 18.62,p90(E-2) - Minimum heiqht of a free-stan8ing sign. (8 feet required; 6 feet proposed) e. SECTION 18.62.10U(~:-2) - Maximum area of an exit sign., (15 square feet proposed; 3 square feet allowefl) 2. That Waivers la, 1-h, and 1-e, above mentioned, are hereby denied on the basis that the petitioner had not submitted evidence that a hardaliip existed to consider waiver of the Sign Ordinance as requested. ?. That adequate clearance of existing electrical lines shall be provided as required by the Electrical Division, Department of Public Utilities, and the Sta~e of California G.0.95. 2. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3, provided, however, that signs shall conform to the Sign Ordinance as it pertains to waivers denied. 3. That Condition Nos. 1 and 2, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to .Eir,al building and zoning inspections.
