A RBSOLUTION OI' THE CITY PLANNING CQMMZ~SION OF THE CITY OF
ANAI~EIt4 IN REGPRD TO ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT N0. 78
t9HER~AS, the California Public Resources Code requires that the
City of Anaheim preAare an Environmental Zmpact Statement identifying
and analyzing in detail the significant environmental effects of
projects proposed to be constructed in the City of Anaheim; and
[9HEREAS, the City Planning Conimission of the City of Anaheim,
in connection with a petition for Conditional Use Permit No. 136t3, has
received Environmental Impact Feport No. 78 from the staff of the City
of Anaheim containing details for consideration of environmental impacts
as contained in Section 21100 of the Public Resources Code; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due investigation and study made
by itself and in its behalf, has reviewed the subject Environmental
Impact Report and analyzed in detail the significant environmental
effects of the proposal contained therein and does find and determine
the following:
That the Environmental Impact Report Review Committee was of
the opinion that no significant environmental impacts would
result from the implementation of this proposal, if considered
by itself, due to the similarity of the use in relation to
developments that have been approved in the area; however, it
would contribute to the overall increase in population of the
Anaheim Hills area, which will~result in a major modification
to the existing environment.
NOW, THEREI'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning,Commission
of tne C~ty of Anaheim does hereby accept Environmental Impact Report
No. 78 and recommends that said report be adopted as the Environmental
Impact Statement of the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this lAth day
