(2) That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 602 per froiit foot along Thornton Avenue and Brady Avenue Yor tree planting purposes. (3) That a parcel map to reaord the approved division of sub3eot property be submi~ted to and'approved by the City of Anaheim and then be reoorded in the oPfioe of the Orenge County Hecordar. ' (4) That the owner(s) of subjeat property shall pey to the City oY Anaheim the appro- priate park and reoreation in-lieu fees as determined to be appropriate by the City Council, said fees to be paid at the time the building permit is issued.
