BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the.City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did ceceive a verified Petition For Conditional Use Permitfrom CHRIST AND DOROTHY MANES, 1418 West La Palma Aveaue, Anaheim, California 92801, Owners; ROSE MOHR, 423 South Brookhurst Street, Anaheim, California 9280i, A~ent of certain real oroperty situated in the City of Ansheim, County of Orange, State of California, des- crihed as Lot 103 of Tract No. 2161, as per map recorded in Book 63, Pages 33, 34 and 35, Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said county ; and WHEREAS, the City, Planning Commission did hold a public heacing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on June 11, 1973, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice oE said public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheirt~ Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to heac and consider evidence for and agair.st said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings and :ecommendations in connection therewith; and WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, i~~vestigation, end study mede by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and ceperts offered at said hearing, does Eind and detecmine tlie following facts: 1. That the proposed use is pcoperly one far which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by COde Section 18.64.020(2-b) tu wit: establish a board and care home for a maximum of seven (7) residents. 2. That the pcoposed use will not advecsely eEfect. the adjaining land uses end the growth end development of the area in which it is proposed to be located. 3.
