PC73-137 A RESOLUTION OF mHE CI'!'Y PLANNING CONIDQISSIUN OF TFiG CzTY OF' ANAI~I'~ '!'ER~iTSJATING ALL PROCEEDINGS OF VARIANCE N0. 2292, THERETO WE~REAS, the Anaheim City PJ.anning Commission in Resolution No. PC77.-181 dated September 8, 1971, did grant Variance ~10. 2292 waiving requirement of a 6-foot masonry wall, subject to ccnditions; and WHEREAS, the petitioner has requested termination of Variance No. 2292 stating that the waiver granted K~as not exercised, and the 6-foot masonry wall was constructed 5.n accordance with the site development stander~3s of the M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL, ZONE, and Wt~REAS, upon physical inspection of the property by a representative of the Development Services Department it was determined that the required 6-foot masonry c,s1;, had boen constr•ucted around tha periphery of the property,.thereby conYorming wi~h the aforementioned standards. ?10W, T.~REFORF, Bfil IT RESOLIIED, that tlze Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings of Varianoe No. 2292, on the basis that the petitioner did not exercise the waiver grented, and based upon the foregoing findings.
