A RESOLIITION OF THE CITY PLANNING COEDMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANHYEIM
REPORTING ON THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDEVEIAPMENT PRO7ECT
"F.LPHA" ANff RECONID~[QDING TO THE CITSi COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAE~IM P.PPROVAL AND ADOPTION OF SAID PLAN
YJHEREAS, pursusnt' to Section 33346 of the CaliPornia Community Redevelopment
I,aw the Community Redevelopment Commission submitted the proposed Redevelopment Plan
for the Redevelopment Projeot "Alpha" to the Planning Commission for its report and
recommendation concerizing the Redevelopment P7.an and its conformity to the General
Plan of the City; and
WI~REAS, pursuant to Section 65402 of the Californie Planning Law the Covnnunity
?tedavelopment Commission also submitted the proposod Redevelopment for the Redevelop-
-:e^t Project "Alpha" to the Planning Commission for its report regarding the Redevelep-
ment Plan and its aonformity to the General Plan of the City; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said proposed Redevelopment Plea.
NOW, ^~REFOAE, BE IT RESOLUED +.nat the Planning Commission of the City of
Anahaim finds and determines:
1. ihe Plaiming Commission reports that the proposed Redevelopment P].an for
Redevelopment Project "Alpha" is in conYormity to the General Plan of the
' City.
2. Tho Planning Commi.ssion recommends that the City Council approve and adopt
said proposed Redevelopment Plan.
