Jf ~ ~, ~ ENVIROt7ME'.JTAL IMPACT REPORT FINDING: That tt~e Planning Commission, in connection with an Sxemption Declaration Status requesL•, finds and determines that the proposal would have no significant environmental impact and, therefore, recommends to the City Council that no Environmental Impact Stateme:it is necessary• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEB that the Anaheim City Planning Comaission does hereby grant subject Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a ne- cessary prerequisite to the proposed use of the subject property in ordar to preserve the safety and gener~l welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim: (1) That the owner(s) of subject property shall deed to the City of Anaheim a str~.p of land 32 feet in width from the centerlines of the streeCs alo~ng Blue Gum Way and White Star Avenue for street widening purposes. (2) That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim along Blue Gum Way and White Ster Avenue, including preparation of improvement plans and installation of. all improvements, such as curbs and guteers, sidewalks, street grading and paving, dreinage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied with as requir_d by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in'the office of the City Engineer; *_hat atreet iight- ing facilities along Blue Gum Way and White Star Avenue ahall be installed es Yequired by the Director of PuUlic Utilities and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on fiie in the ot€ice of the Director of Public Utilities; and that a bond in an amount and form satis- factory to the City of Anaheim shall be pested with the City to guarantee the installation of the above mentioned requirements.
