' w . . . ~ , ~ ~ ATOW, THEREFQRE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Plenr.ing Commisslon does hereby gcant subject Petition fo: Verianee, upon the following conditions whiu~ are }ieceby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro- posed use of the subject propecty in order to preserve tha safety nnd general welEa:e oE the Citizens of the City of Anaheim: (1) That adequate cleerance of exiating electrical lines shall be provided as required by the Electrical Division, Department of Public Utilities, and the State of California G.0.95. (2) That subject property shall be developed substantially in accorl~nce with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. ?, `[, and 3. (3) That Condition Nos. 1 and 2, above mentioned, ahall be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections.
