THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a vecified Petition Eor Varience
from TIM WALLACE, 670 North Helena Street, Anaheim, California 92805, Owner; CARL S. WELSH,
Quiel Brothers Sign Company, 272 South "I" Street, San Bernacdino, California 92410, Agent
af certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Califor-
nia, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as thou~h set forth
in full
; and
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City oE Aneheim
on June 25, 1973, et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public heacing heving been duly given es iequired
by law and in eccordance with the pcovisions of the Aneheim Municipal Codc, Chepter 18.68,to hear end consider
evidence for and ugainst seid proposed varience end to investigate and make findings and cecommendations in connec-
tion therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commissinn, aftec due inspection, investigation, end sWdoes { nd and determineithe fo lowing
and aEter due conside:ation of all evidence end ceports offeced et seid hearing,

1. Thet the petitioner reauests variances from the Anaheim Municipal Code as follows to estab-
lish an additional free-standing aign:

mitted; 4 ai n proposed)
b. SECiION 18.62.090(B-1) - Minimum diatance between free-standing siKna. (300

ATOW, THEREFQRE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Plenr.ing Commisslon does hereby gcant subject
Petition fo: Verianee, upon the following conditions whiu~ are }ieceby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject propecty in order to preserve tha safety nnd general welEa:e oE the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim:
(1) That adequate cleerance of exiating electrical lines shall be provided as required
by the Electrical Division, Department of Public Utilities, and the State of California G.0.95.
(2) That subject property shall be developed substantially in accorl~nce with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. ?, `[, and 3.
(3) That Condition Nos. 1 and 2, above mentioned, ahall be complied with prior to final
building and zoning inspections.
