PC73-144 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 2522 SE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did ceceive a veri:ied Petition for Vedance from BRADLEY D. HAIcKER, 1240 East Turin Avenue, Anaheim, California 92805, Owner of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as Lot No. 55 of Tract 3327, as per Map recorded in Ba~ok 107, Pages 17 to 19 inclusive, of Mis- cellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of sa•id Orange County and GHEREAS, the City Plenuing Commission did hold a public heering et the City Hall in the City cf Aneheim on June 25 ~ 1973~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as required by lew and in eccordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.68,to heas end consider evidence for and.egainst seid proposed variance and to investigete and make findings end recommendetions in connec- tion therewith; and WHEREAS, said Commissi~n, efter due inspection, lnvestigetton, end study mede by Itself end in its behelf, end aEter due consideretion oE ell evidence ertd reports offered at seld heoring, does find end detem~.ne the follawing Fects: • 1. That adjoining property owners who would be immediately effected by the propoaed addition signed the petition indicating no oppooition to said addition to eubject property. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FINDING: That the Planning CommiASion, in connection with an Exemption Declaration Statue request, finda and decermines that the proposal would have no significant environmental impact and, therefore, recommends to the Cit•y.Council that no Environmental Impact Statement is necessary. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which ere hereby found to be a necessery prerequisite to the pro- posed use of the subject prope~ty in order to preserve the sefety and generel welfere of the Citizens oE the City of Anaheim: . (1) That aubject property ahall be developed subatantially in accordance with plans and ~pecifications on file with the City of Aneheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2.
