A RESOLUTION OF THE C1TY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING'i0 THE CITY COUNCIL OF TtYE CITY OF ANAHEiM THAT PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION N0. ~3"74"1 BE APPROVED WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Aneheim did initiate a PetiEion for Reclaasi- fication on property situated in the City of Anahein, County of Orange, State o£ California, as described in Exhibi.t"A; attached hereto and referred to herei..n as though set forth in full ; and WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on July 23, 1973, at 2:00 o'cl~ck P.M. notice of said public hearing heving been duly given es cequired by law end in accordence with the provisions of the Aneheim IYlunicipal Code, Chepter 18.72, to haer and consider evidence Eor and against said pioposed reclassification end to investigate and make findings end recommendations in connection therewith; and WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself end in its behelf, end efter dce consideration of all evidence end reports offeced et seid hearing, does find and determine the following fects: 1. Thatthe Commission proposes a realassification of tlie above described property from the R-A, AGRICULTURAL, ZONE to the R-1, ONE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, ZONE, 2. That the proposed reclassification :is in conformance with the land use designation of the General Plan. 3. That the proposed reclassification establishes the most comparable City of Anaheim zoni.ng on the property recently aYmexed inCo the city. ~ ta. That the p:oposed reclassificetion of subject property is necessery and/or desiwble for the orderly end pro- per development of the community. 5.
