PC73~~~~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNR~G COMMISSIOh' OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 2529 BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Plannin, Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Pe ition for Varience from CHARLES AND PHYLLIS EICHLER, 6888 Leilani Lane, Cypress, California, 50~30, Owners; BILL PHELPS, 1095 North Main Street, Orange, California 92667, Agent of certain real property situated in the Ci:y of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as PARCEL 1: The West 110.00 feet of the East 260.00 feet of the West 390.00 feet of the North half of tk~e Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 14 in Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, in the City of Anaheim, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 51, Page 7, Miscelianeous Maps, records of said Orsnge County. That the petitioner requests a variance fcom the Aneheim Municipel Code: SE~TION 18.28.05U(5-b) - Maximum permitted heiqht (O~e story permitted; two stories proposed). 2. ENUIRONMENTAL 114PACT REPORT FINDiNG: That the Planning Commission, in connection with an Exemption D°claration Status request, finds and determines that the proposal would have no significant environmental impact,and; therefore, recommends to the City Council that no Environmental Impact Statement is necessary. (2) That subject property shall be developed substantially in conformance with plans and specifications o~~ file w?th the City of A~aheim, marked Exhibit No. 1, Revision No. 1, a~d Exhibit Nos. 2 and 3, provided however, that prior to the issuance of a building permit, the developer shail s~bmit plans ror trash truck circula~ion to the Planning Commission and C1ty Co~~cil ror app~oval.
