A RESOLUTION OF TNE ~ITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECONMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION N0. 73"~ "15 BE APPROVED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning ~ommission of the City of Aneheim dld iinitiate a Petition'for Keclassi-
fication on proper~iy situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, SCate of California,
des~ribed as Portion 1: Lots 5 through 12 in Tract No. 1569, as shown on a map recorded in
Book 47, page 17, Miscellaneous Pfaps, records of Orange County, and Lots 45 through 49 in
Tract No. 1633, ae shosm on a map recorded in Book 47, page 50, MiscelZaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, and Lots 1 through S in Tract No. Y851, as shown on a map recorded in
Book 56, pages 25 dnd 26, Miecellaneous Maps, records of Orsnge County, and that portion
of that certain parcel shown on said Tract Map No. 1851 as not a part of thia subdivision
bounded on the nortli by the south Iine of Lol• 8 and bounded on the south by the westerly
prolongation of the south line of Lot 9, all of eaid Tract 1851. Portion 2: Lots 1, 2
and 3 and all that portion lyir,g souCh of said Lot One bounded on Che west by the southerly
prolongation of the west line of said Lot One, end bounded on the eaot by the west right of
way line of K~thryn Dr.ive and bounded on Che south by the north righL• of ~ay litie of Lin-
coln Avenue, and all that parcel shown as r.ot a part of this subdivision, all in and shown
on the map of Tract No. 1633 recorded in Book 47, page 50, riiscellaneoue Maps, recorda of
Orange County. Excepting therefrom any portion thereof lqing within Lincoln Avenue on the
south and Brookhurst Street on the east

WHEREAS, the ~ity Plenning Comrission did hold a public headng et the City Hell in the City of Anehelm on
August 20, 1973~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of seid public heacing heving been duly given es requfced by
lew and in eccordence with the provisions of the Anahelm Municipel Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear and consider evidence
for end against seld ptoposed reclessificetion and to investigete end make find3ngs end recommendetions in conaectlon
therewith; xnd
WHEREAS, said Commission, aEter due inspection, investlgetion, ond stu~fy mede by itaelt end in its behalf, and
efter due conslderetion of ~11 evidence end reports offered et seid hearing, does find end determine the following facts:
Commis~ion
1. That the , : proposes e reclessificetion of the ebove described property from the R-A (Urgency
Ordinance No. 3109) AGRICULTURAL, ZONE to R-A, AGRICULTURA&~ ZONE.
2. ThaC the proposed reclaesification establiahes City of Anaheim permanent zoning
on the property until auch [ime sa zoning approved under Reclasaification Nos. 73-74-9
and 73-74-10 is fo~elized.
3. Thet the proposed rpclesslflcetion of subject property is necessery end/or desireble tor the orderly end pro-
per development o£ thrt community.
4. Thet th° paoposed :eclesslficetion of sttbject property does properly relete to the zones and their permittad
uses locelly estsbli3hed in close proxlmity to subject property end to the zones end their permitted uses genewlly esteb-
liahed throughout che communiry.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPOR:: FINDING:
That the Ylanning Commission, in connection with an Exemption Decl&raCion Status request,
finda and determines that the proposal would have no significent env4ronmental impact and,
therefare, recommende to the CiCy Council that no Environmental Impact StaCS-x~nt is neceasar}c

to the City Councll of the City oE Anahelm thet aubject PeUtion Eor ReclasaiCice}ion bc appmved nr.c, by so doing,
that Title 18-Zoning of the Anaheim Municipel Code be amended to e:clude the above described property from the
R-A (Urgency Ordir.~nce No. 3109) AGRICUI.TURAL, 20NE and to incorporate said deacribed prop-
erty into the R-A, AGRICULTURAL, ZONE, uncondiCior;ally:
