PC 73-19.. , _ ~ ~ RESOLUTION N0. _ PC'%3-T9 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. ~}~~ BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did ceceive a verified Petition for Conditional Use Permitfcom SANDMAN MOTELS, INCORPORaTEG, ~ttention of Ray Chermak, 2082 Busdnesa Center Drive, No. 223, Irvine, Cali.fornia 92664, O~aner of certain real property situated in the City uf Anaheim, Co4nty of Orange, State of California, described as That portion of the Easc half uf tt,e Northe~st quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 26, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, as said secticn is showr, on a map the:eof recorded in book 51, page 10, Mis- cellaneaus Maps, cecurds of said Orange County, shown as Parcel 2 on a parcel map recorded in book 45, page Y3, of parcel maps, c•eznrds oi'said Orange Count~ ; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City oE Anaheim on January 22, 1973, at 2:00 o'cluck P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as requiced by law end in accordance with the provisions oEthe Anaheim Municipel code, Chepter 18.64, to;~ear and consider evidence for and egair.st said proposed conditional use and to investigate and meke findings and recummendations in connection therewith; and 14HEREAS, seid Commission, after due in~pection, investigetion, end study made by itself and in its behalE, and a(ter due consideration of all evidence and reports oEfered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by Code SecCion 18.52.050(i-g) to witc establish a fuily enc~osed restaurant. 2, That the proposed use will not adversely affect. the adjoining land uses end the growth end development of the erea in which itis proposed to be located. 3. Tliat the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is edequate to allow the full development ofthe proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safeYy, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 4. That the g:anting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare af the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 5.
