September 1], 19]3, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in accordence with the provisions of the Arteheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.72, to hear end consider evidence

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does he:eby cewmmend
to the City Council of the City of Aneheim that subJect Petition for Reclaseifice4ion be epptoved and, by so doing,
that Title 1&Zoning of the Mneheim Municipal Code be emended to exclude the above described property from the
County of Orange 100-E4-20,000 District and to incorporate said described property into
the City of Anaheim R-A, AGRICULTURAL, ZONE unconditionally.
