Thatthe Planning Commission proposes a reclassfication of th'e above described property from the R-A, AGRICULTIRALyZONE to the RH-22,000 RESIDENTIAL HILLSIDE, ZONE. 2. ?hat the proposed reclassification will establisli a resolution of intent or. the property at such time as developmert of the property is proposed. ;• 3. That the proposed reclassificatian isi"n:conformance with the land use designation of the General Plan. 4.. Thet the proposed ceclassificetion of subject property is necessery and/or deslrable forthe orderly and pco- per development of the community. 5'. Thet the proposed ceclessificetion of subject property does properly relate to the zones and their permitted uses locally estebltshed in close proximity to subject property end to the zor.es and their permitted uses generally estab- lished throughout the community. ~ 6. That the proposed reclassification of subject property requires the dedication and improvement of abutting streets in accordance with the Cires~lation Element of tfie General Plan, due to the anticipated increase in traffic which will be generated by the intensification of land use.
