TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS OE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 979
WHEREAS, the ?lanning Commission, on November 20, 1967, granted Condltional Use
Permit No. 979 in Resolution Na. PC67-254 to perait the establishment of a landscaping
service and plant nursery in an existing shopping center; and
WHETtEAS, none of the con~iitions of approval had been met; and
WHERE.4S, a representative of the petitioner hes submitted a letter reqca~sting
termination of ail proceedings, since they did not intend to exercise the use grented
undes Canditionai Use Permit No. 979.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the P.naheim City PYanning Coffinission does
hereby termin&te all proceedinge of Conditional Use Permit No. 979 on ~he basis of the
foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 27th day of September,
1973.
