PC -220 ~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 255Z BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did ceceive a verified Petition for Varience from JOHNNY L. FREDERICK, 522 South Westgate Drive, Anaheim, California 92806, Owner of certai^ real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Qrange, State of California, desc-ibed as Lot No. 13 of Tract No. 4182 ; and WHEREAS, the Cily Planning Commission did hold e public hearing At the City Hall in the City of Anaheim an October 1, 1973, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice o£ said public heecing heving been duly given as cequired by lew end in accordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.68,to hear and considcr evidence for end egainst seid proposed variance and to Investigete and make findings end recommendations in connec- tion therewith; end WHEREAS, said Commissinn, aEter due inspection, investigation, en:1 study made by itself and ir. ~ts behalf, and aEter due considecetion of all evidence end reports offered et said hearing, does find and detecmine the following fects: ~ 1. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FINDING: That the Pla~ning Commission, in connection with an Exemption Declaration Status request, finds ar,d determines that the propasal would have no significant environmental impact, and therefore, recommends to the City Council that no Environmental Impact SCatement is necessary. (7) That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans artd specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit No. 1, provided however, tha't the existi~9 structure shall be brought up to the minimum standards of the City of Anaheim, includi:~g the Uniform Building, Plumbing, Electrical, Housing, Mechanical and Fire Codes as adopted by the City of Anaheim.
