A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS OF VFRIRN~e N0. 2526,~THERETO
WHEREAS, the An~heim City Plarning Commission on July 9, 1973, in Resolution .
No. PC73-149 granted Variance No. 2526, subject to conditio~s; and
WHEftEAS, as of Octcber 1, 1973 none of the conditions of approval had been met;
and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has submitted a request to terminate all proceedings on
the petition based on the fact that the proposed lessee no longer wished to exercise the
right granted him,
NOW, THEftEFORE, 5E IT RESOLVED that the Planning Comm(ssion of the City of Anaheim
does hereby terminate all proceedings of Variance No. 25z6 based on the fortgaing findings.
THE FOREGOING RE~OLUTION is signed and approved by me this 11th day of October, 1973.
