ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REFORT PTNDING:
That the Planning Commission, in connection with an Exemption Declaration Stat.us request,
finds and determines that the proposal would have no aignificant environmenta'1 impact and,
therefore, recommends to the City Council that no F,~•:£ronmental Impact Stazement ia necessary.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anahaim City Planning Commission does hereby gcant subject
Petition for Varience, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequlsite to the pm-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim:
(fl) That subject property shall be developed substantiaLly in accordance with plans
and specifications on Pfle with tl~e City of Anat,eim marked Exhibit No. 1.
