DEV-G6•C r' ~ ~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anehelm City Planning CcmRission does hereby grent subject Petltion for Varience, upon the foUowing conditions which are hereby found to be a necessery prerequisite to the pro- posed use oE the subject property in order tc+ preserve the sefety end generr~l weia:ere ^f the Citizr.,~s of the ~Ity of i,~aheim: (1) That the owner(s) of subject property shall deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land 45 feet in width from the centerline of the street along Raymond Avenue and a atrip of 1.and 53 feet in width from the centerline of the street along Orangethorpe Avenue for street widening purposes. (2) That the owner(s) of subject pro,~~rty shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.Q0 per front foot along Raymond Avenne for street lighting purposes. (3) That the final parking plan shall be approved by Che Develapment Services Depart- ment, and any landscaped areas in the parking area ehall be proCected with six-irch high concrete curbs, and concrete wheel stops ahall be ~rovided for parking spaces. (4) That a landscape plan for subject property shall be submitted to the Development Seryices Department for review and approval. Any decision made by the Development Services Department on said plan may be appealeti to the Planning Commission and/or City Council. (5) That subject property shall be developed substantially in ataordance w3th plane and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Ex.hibit No. 1. (6) That Conditicn Nos. 1 and 2, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to the commencement of the activity authori~ecl under this resolution, or pr•:.or to the time that the building permit is issued, or within a period of one yeat from date hereof, whichever occura first, or auch further time as the Plarining Commission may grant. (7) That Condition Nos. 3, 4, ancl 5, aboce mentioned, ahall be complied with prior to final l,uilding and zoning inspections.
