on October 29, ].973, et 2:00 o'clock P.M.; notice of said public hearing heving been duly given as required
by lew end in nccordence with the pmvisions of the Meheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.68,to hear and consider evi-

therewith; and
WHEREAS, snid Commission, after due inspection, investlgntion, aied study mede by itself and in its behalf,
end efter due consideretion of all evidence end reports offered at said heacing, does find end detecmine the following
facts:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Aneheim City Planning Commission does hereby grent subject
Petition for Varience, upon the following conditions which are heceby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to presecve the sefety and genecal welface oF the Citizens oE the City of
Anaheim: ,
(1) Thet fire hydrants shall be installed and charged as required and determine3 to
be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Departmer.t prior to commencement of structuraJ. framing.

(2) That this Variance is granted subject to the completion of Reclassification No.
71•~72-30, now pending.
~3) That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans
