A f2ESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TERMIIvATING ALL
PROCEEDINGS ON CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 1305, THERETO
WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Plannin~ Cocmnission on Apri.l 17, 1972, granted Conditional
Use Permit No, 1305 in Resolution No. PC72-73, subject to conditions; and
[d!:EREAS, none of the conditions of approval have been completed; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has submitted a letter requesting termination of the petition
on the basis thaC the use intended by the previous owner did not materialize, and he did not
intend to exercise the rights granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT P.ESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby
terminate all proceedings of Conditional Use Permit No. 1305 on the basis of the foregoing
Eindings.
