Mao Book i9, Page 24, Public Records of Orange County, California ; iand ' WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing et the CityHall in the City of Annheim ' on November 1 20 1973, at 2:00 o'clook P.M., notice of seid public heacing heving beEn duly given as c~quiced by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64,to hear and consider evidence for and ageinst said praposed conditionel use and tr, investigete end meke findings and recommendations in connection therewith; end WHEREAS,.seid Commission, efter due :nspection, investigation, and study made by itself end in its be- half, and after due consideretion of ell evidence and reports offered at seiri hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Pecmit is authorized by Code Sect i on 18,64.020(3-t) to wit: establish bus storage facilities in conjunction with an adjacent tt•ansportation center. 2. That the proposed use will not adversely affect the adjoining land uses ard the gro~d'cn anci development of the area in which it is proposed to be located. 3, That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development of the proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the partic~la: area nor to the peace, health, safety, and ger~eral welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 4, That the granting of the Conditional Use Permi~ urder the conditions imposed, ~f any, will r.ot be detrtmental to the peace, health, safety, a~~ general welf~i~ of thP Citizens of the City of Ansheim. 5. That the agent for the pe~itioner stipulated to no bus parking on the Orar.ge County Servicemen~s Center property~. 6. That the agent for the petitionEr stipulated to no major or minor bus repair on subject property. 7, That t~vo persons appeared representing the Orange County ~ervicemen's Center expressing concern regaro.ing buses using the access from the rear property thru the paiking area for the Center ~s well as busas being parked on the Center's proQerty •••during the week, in addition to having to remove debris evidently removed from the buses which had been parktng on the Center's facilities. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FINDING: That the Planning Commission, in•:connectioic with an Exemption Declaration Status request, finds and determines that~the proposal would have no significant environmental impact and, the:efore;, recommends to the City Council that no Environmental Impact Statement is r.e~- essary. Petition for Conditionel Use Permit, upon the Eollowing conditions which ace hereby found to be e necessary precequisite to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welface of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim: (1) That the owrier of subjec= properCy shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot along Katella Way ror sc~ee~. lighting purposes. (2) ThaC t~ash storage areas shall be provPded in accordance with approved plans on f~l_ with the office of che Di:-2c[or of P;~hlic Works.
