WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold e public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
Novembe.r' 12, 1973 ~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing heving been duly given as required by
law and in acrnrdance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence

therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, eEter due inspection, investigetion, and study mede by itself end in its behalf, and
after due consideretion of a11 evidence and reports oEfered et said hearing, does find and determine the Eollowing facts:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which e Conditionel Use Permit is authoria•~d by COde to
wit: to permf~ on-sale iiquor salzs not integrated with a restaurant.
2. That the proposed use will not adversely afEect, the edjoining ]and uses and the gtowth and development uf
the erea in which it is proposed to be located.
3. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is edequate to allow the full development of the
proposed use in e manner not detrimenta! to the pertic:ula: a:ea r.or to the peace, health, safety, nnd general welfnre o[
the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditiunal Use Pennit under the conditians imposed, if nny, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, ~afety, and general welfare of the Citi~ens of the City oE Anaheim.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the4 the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grent subject
Petition for Conditionel Use Permit, upon the following conditions which ece hereby fou:id to be a necessary prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in order to pcesecve the safety end ge:ierel welfare of the Citizens of the
City of Aneheim:

(2) That street li9hting facilities alor,g Lincoln and Dale Avenues shall be installed
as reyuired by the DirECtor of Public lJtilities, and in accordance witti standard plans and
specifications on fiie in the office of the Director of Public Utilities and that a bo~d
in an amo~nt and form satisfactory to the City of Anaheim shall be posted with the City to
guarantee the installation of the above mentioned requirements.
(3) That su6ject property shall be developed substantially in accordance urith plans ar.d
specificatio~s on fi3e with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2.
(4) That Condition Nos. t, 2r and 3, above mentioned,~shall be complied with prior to
the coRCrercement of the activity authorized ~nder this resolutio7, or pr;or to the Yime the
building permit is issued, or within a period of one year from date hereof, whichever occurs
first, or such further time as the Pianning Commission may grant.
