RESOLUTION NO. 7lR-2
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ~lAHEIM DENYING VARIANCE NO. 2216.
WHEREAS, after a request for variance by Earl Hardaway,
owner, by David S. Collins, agent was received, a public hearing
before the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim was held
upon due and proper notice as a result of which Variance No. 2216
was denied covering t~e following described property:
The Westerly 100.00 feet of t~e Southerly 190.00 feet
of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of
the Southwest quarter of Section 22, Township 4 South,
Range 10 East ill th.e ::;{anCL10 San Juan Cajon de Sa11ta
Ana, as shown on a tia:? recorded in book 51, page 10
of Z\1iscellal1eous 11aps, records of Orange County,
California.
WHEREAS, thereafter, within the time prescribed by
law an interested party or the City Council on its own motion
caused the review of said Planning Commission action at a public
hearing noticed and held as prescribed by law and as a result
thereof the City Council does hereby make the following findings:
1. 1J:ihere is no suostantial property right possessed
by other property in the same vicinity and zone
ana denied t~e subject property.
~. It appears t~at the subject property can be
adequately developed and used under the present
zone.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City' of &1'laheim that said Variance be and the same is hereby
denied.
