A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSTON OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FINDING TNAT
THE PROPOSED EXTENSION OF THE FLOOD CQNTROL AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN
STATE COLLEGE BOULEVARD FROM ITS EXIS'PING TERMINUS NEAR SOUTH STREET
TO UNllERHILL AVENUE ON THE NORTH WITHIN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ARE
IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE ADOPTED ANAHEIM GENERAL PLAN AND
WILL HAVE NO SIGNIF7:CANT EFFECT ON THE ENVIRONMENT
WHEREAS, the Orange County Flood Control District in cooperation with the
City of Nnaheim ptoposes to construct an extension of the £lood control and drain-
age improvements in State College Boulevard from its existing ter.minus near South
Street to run northerly in State College ~oulevard to Underhill Avenue ia.the City
of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 21151 of the Public Resourcea
Code of tY,e State of California and Section 65402 of the Government Code of the
State of California, the Orange County Flood Control District ia requesting review
of eaid project by Che Anaheim Planning Coomission to determine whether or not said
drainage project wouid be in conformity with the City's adopted General Plan; and
whether or not it would have a significant effect on the environment; and
WNEREAS, said project has been reviewed by the Planning Commission of the
City of Anaheim within the context of Section 21151 of the Public Resources Code
oE the State of,California and Section 65402 of the Government Code of the State .

NOF1, THEREFORE~ B~ IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim that it does hereby Eind that the propoaed fiood control and drainage im-
provements are in conformance wiCh the adopted Anaheim General Plan and will have
no significant effect on the environment af t6ie City.
BE IT ~UKTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the
Anaheim Cit;~ Council for its information.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 6th da of December,
