•• ~WHEREAS, tne Orange County Plood Control District has been requested and is
desirous of quitalaiming a flood control easement in Tentative Tract No. 7419,
located within Che City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provistons of Section 65402 of the Government Code,
the Orange Couaty Flood Control District is requesting a report by the piar.ning
agency having jurisdiction as to the conformity with its adopted General Plen.
•NO~d, THEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED bythe City Planning Cotmnission of the City of
Anaheim that it does hereby find and report that the proposed quitclaim of the
flood control easement included within Tentative Tract No. 7419 in the City of Ana-
heim, is in con.formance with the adopted Anaheim General Plan and will have no sig-
ni.ficar.t effect on the environment of the City.
B~ IT PURTHGR RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be fcrwarded to the Ana-
heim.Ci~ky Council for its information.
