ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ftEPOKI' FINDlNG: That the Planning Commission, i~ connection with an Exemption Declaration Status request, finds and determines that the proposal would have no significant environmental impact and, therefore, recomme,ids to the City Council that no Environmental Impact Statement is neces- sary. _1_ DEV-66•A R-A ~ ' NOW, THEREFORE, BE I~SOLVED thet the Aneheim C:ty Plenn~Commissicn does heceby recommend to the City Council of the City of Aneheim that subject Petition fot ReClesaifiea~ion be eppmved and, bY from the thet Title 18-Zoning of the Anaheim Muntcipel Code be emended to exclude the ebove described Qioperty County 100-E4-20,000, SMALL ESTATE DISTRICTS, and to incorporate said described property into the R-A, AGRICULTURAL, ZONE, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim: (1j That these reclassification proceedin9s are granted subject to comoletion of annexation of subJect property Co the City of Anaheim.
