PC 73-267~ ^ . ~ RESOLUTION NO PC73-z67 A RESULUTITERMINATINGIALLP ROCEEDINGSMOFSVARIANCEHNOCIj3t4F ANAHEIM WHEREAS, the Planning Lommission on August 7, 1961 granted Variance No. 1314 in Resolution No. PL60-61-132 to establish various uses permitted in the C-1 (Neigfiborhood Commercial) Zone, C-2 (General Commercial) Zone and C-3 (Heavy Commercial) Zone; and WHEREAS, none of the conditions of approval had been met; and WHEREAS, the legal owner of the property has submitted a letter requesting termination of all proceedings, since they do not intend to exercise the uses granted~under Variance No. 1314, NOW, TtIEREFORE, BE IT RESULVED that the Anatieim City Planning Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings of Variance No. 1314 on Lhe basis of the foregoing findings.
