WHEREAS, the Planniny Commission on April 16, 1962 granted Variance No. 1465 ~~
Resolution No. PC61-62-290 to establish a motel; and
WHEREAS, none of the conditions of approval had been met; and
WhIEREAS, the 1e9a1 owner of the property has submitted a letter requesting termir.-
ation of all proceedings of Variance No. 1465 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission tlGE'S hereby
terminate all proceedings of Variance No. 1~+65 on the basis of the foregoir.g findings.
