A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS OF CQNDITIONAL USE PERMIT NU. 577
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on August 3, 1964, granted Conditional Use
Permit No. 577 to esteblish a rastaurant with twenty-one common eating concessions and
cocmnon ditting area and cocktail lounge, and waiver of the thirty-five foot height limi-
tation; and
WHEREAS, none of tne conditiona of approval had been met; and
WHEREAS, the legal owner of the property has aubmitted a letter requenting
termination of all proceedinga, since they do not intend to exercise th~ use granted
under Conditional Uae Permit No. 577.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commiaeion does
hereby terminate all proceedings af Conditional Use Permit No. 577 on the basis of the
foregoing findings.
