A RES4LUTION OF TIiE CITY PLANNING COM~fISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RE~COMMENDING
TO '~HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY O.F ANAHEIM TERMINATION 0'F VARIANCE N0. 2U76
WHE,REAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commission on May S, 1969, granted Variance No.
2076 in ltesolution No. PC69-96 subject to conditions; and
'4JHEREAS, the City Council on June 17, 19G9, granted Variance No. 207b in Resolution
No, 698~345; ar.@
WHEREA'S, the petiti~ner no longer plans to utilize the use gr+snted under Variance
No, 2076 since new plans presented .in Cunditional Use Permit No, ',~6ti (Resolution No, PC73-2)
proposed a 97-unit planned residential devel~pment with differ~at waivers; and
WHEREAS, none of the conditions o~ approv.al have been complied with,
NOW, THEREFOR~, BE IT RESOLVED 'that ttie Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby
recommend to the City Council of the City of Anaheim termination of Variance No. 2076 on
the basis of the foregoing findinge.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is si,gned and approved by me this 18th day of January, 1973,
