A RESOLUTION OF TH~ CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM itEC0:AIENDING
TO THE CITY COUNCIL 0'f THE CITY Or' ANAHEIM TERMINATION OF VA'RIANCE N0. 2212.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Conm~ission on October 5, 1970, ~gTanted Variance No.
227.2 in Resolution No. PC70-183, subject to conditions; and
WHEREAS, the City Council on rovember 10, 1970, granted Variance No. 2212 in Resolution
No. 70R-536, subject to conditions; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner nu longer plans to utilize the use granted under Varience No,
2212 since new plans presented ar.d approved in CondiCional Use Permit No. 1366 (Resolution
No. PC73-2) proposed a 97-unit planned residential development with different waivers; and
WHEREAS, none of the conditions of approval have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RCSOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby
recommend to the City Councii of the City of Anaheim termination of Varinnce No. 2212 on
the basis of the foregoing findings.
