A RESOLUTION OP TAE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE tITY OF ANA!iEIM TERMINATING
ALL PROCEEDINGS ON CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 1187, THERETO
WHEREAS, the Anayeim City Planning Commission in Resolution No. FC70-110 on
June 29, 1970, granted Conditional Use Permit Iio. 1187, subject to conditions; and
WHEREAS, ail conditions of said resolution have not been met; and
WHEREAS, a letter from the agent for the petitioner has been received request-
ing that Conditional Use Permit No. 1187 be terminated on the basis that the peti-
tioner did not intend to exercise the us~ granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commiasion doea
hereby terminate all proceedings on Conditional Use Permit No. 1187 on the basis
of the foregoing findings.
